Orders & Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Jordan. You can also collect your order from our Beirut showroom.

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is $5 and free on orders of $150 or more. Express delivery is $12 (next working day in Beirut and Mount Lebanon). See Delivery & Returns for details.

How can I follow my order?

Sign in to your account and open Order History to see the status of every order. We also email you when the status changes.

Payment

How can I pay?

Cash on delivery: you pay when your order arrives. For store pickup, you pay at the showroom.

Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest. An account lets you follow your orders, save addresses and keep a wishlist.

Do you have discount codes?

Yes. New customers can use WELCOME10 for 10% off, and SAVE15 gives $15 off orders over $100.

Returns

Can I return an item?

Yes, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first with your order number.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you, free of charge.

Products & Gifts

Why does my product look slightly different from the photo?

Many of our pieces are handmade or made from natural materials, so colour and grain vary a little. This is what makes each one unique.

How do gift cards work?

Gift cards are sent by email, valid for 12 months and can be used in one or several orders.
